RevampWright sells completed website redesigns as digital products. By purchasing, you agree to these terms.

The product

Before purchase you receive access to a full preview of your redesigned website. The product you buy is that website, delivered digitally: on payment and activation with your activation code, the website is published on our hosting under a web address we provide, and a custom domain is connected within 24 hours at no extra charge.

Care plan subscription

The purchase includes 12 months of hosting and care. From month 12, the care plan renews automatically at $299/year until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. We will email a reminder at least 30 days before the first renewal charge.

Your content

Your website is built from content on your existing website or provided by you; you confirm you have the right to use it. You can update your contact information, address and business hours from your dashboard at any time. Website files can be exported on request after the first 3 months following activation; our templates, design system and tooling remain our property.

Lapsed service

If the care plan is not renewed, the website enters a 10-month grace period during which it displays an owner login page and can be restored instantly by renewing (reactivation-year price $249). After the grace period the website is taken offline.

Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.

• Not yet activated: full refund of $499.
• Activated: refund of $479. A $20 domain & setup fee is non-refundable once your site has been activated, because your custom domain registration cannot be undone. If you connected only your own domain and we registered none for you, no fee is deducted.

Request a refund from your dashboard or by emailing us within 7 days of purchase; approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. After 7 days, purchases are not refundable, but the care plan can still be cancelled to stop future renewals.

Privacy Policy

We collect the minimum data needed to build, sell and operate your website: your name, business details, contact information and the content of your existing website. Payment is processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number. We do not sell personal data. Preview websites are unlisted and excluded from search engines. You may request correction or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing [email protected].
